HOW TO USE

Toothpaste:
1. Mix paste well
2. Place a pea size amount on toothbrush.
3. Brush teeth until graininess dissolves.
4. Rinse very well with water.
5. Follow with Lucky Teeth mouthwash.
MouthWash:
1. Brush teeth and gums with lucky teeth toothpaste.
2. Swirl a cup full (1 TBS) of mouthwash for at least 30 seconds.
3. Discard liquid in sink.* For sore, scratchy throats gargle a few minutes 3 times / 3 times a day.

Love love this mouth wash , absolutely wonderful mouth rinse can’t say enough good things about this company and their products. The only thing I was disappointed in was it’s only 12 oz which doesn’t last long when you brush your teeth several times a day .
