Bamboo works best for me.

I like the bamboo floss with activated charcoal because it thicker and stronger. My teeth are really close together and most other flosses shred and on a rare occasion the bamboo does too, but very rarely.

I've been using this for almost a week and it's everything it claims to be. I love the taste! My teeth feel cleaner longer, and already they seem to be repairing. I love that it's all natural, I've tried several other brands including a couple Nano Hydroxyapatite pastes, but it's unclear if that is safe. So Lucky - Teeth is the only one I can find with acceptable all natural ingredients and fluoride free. My teeth are whiter and cleaner feeling.
